Con su primera Asamblea Fundadora, celebrada el 16 junio de 1907 en la Escuela Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, y bajo el nombre de Paraná Foot Ball Club, nace una de las primeras instituciones destinadas a la práctica del fútbol en capital entrerriana, que posteriormente pasaría a llamarse Club Atlético Paraná.
Por ello, hoy el Decano está celebrando su 114° aniversario, el cual festeja, mediante distintos mensajes, a través de las redes sociales.
