Sumado a los festejos en Lusail y los replicados en las calles argentinas, la locura por el equipo de Lionel Messi y Lionel Scaloni también está presente en los países de Asia.
En esta ocasión, el festejo pudo verse en un canal de televisión de Bangladesh. La conductora de un noticiero se presentó frente a la cámara y llevó adelante el programa vistiendo la camiseta alternativa de la Selección Argentina.

<b>¿Cuál es la razón de estos festejos tan efusivos?</b>
Aparentemente, la raíz del fanatismo por la Selección Argentina de Fútbol se trata de la victoria contra Inglaterra en el Mundial de México 1986. A partir de ese momento, países de Asia del Sur como Bangladesh, que sufrieron la colonización británica, tomaron aquel histórico triunfo como bandera propia al sentirse representados. Se trata de una pequeña venganza deportiva, que responde a épocas de sometimiento sobre aquellos países.
