El mensaje de Novak Djokovic luego de su expulsión del US Open

Novak Djokovic se manifestó en sus redes sociales luego de su descalificación del US Open por golpear de forma involuntaria con una pelota a una de las juezas de línea. "Lamento mucho haberle causado tanto estrés" y expresó que necesita volver a su interior y trabajar en su decepción.

"Toda esta situación me dejó realmente triste y vacío", manifestó el serbio. "Quiero convertir todo esto en una lección para mi crecimiento y evolución como jugador y ser humano. Pido disculpas al torneo y a todos los asociados por mi comportamiento", expresó luego de que la USTA emitiera un comunicado.

"Estoy muy agradecido con mi equipo y mi familia por ser mi gran apoyo, y con mis fanáticos por estar siempre conmigo. Gracias y lo siento mucho", concluyó el 1º del ranking. Luego de la descalificación, se cortó una racha de 13 Grand Slam consecutivos obtenidos por él, por Rafael Naadal y por el suizo Roger Federer.
